Cupping Therapy
Hot Stones
Cupping and hot stone therapy are therapeutic enhancements offered in conjunction with massage to help deepen relaxation and support muscle recovery. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the soft tissue, encouraging increased circulation, relieving areas of tension, and promoting a sense of release, while hot stone therapy incorporates smooth, heated stones to warm muscles, ease stiffness, and enhance overall relaxation. Cupping and hot stone therapy are always used as complementary techniques and are not intended to replace a full massage session.
